Make new pages by clicking the 'New Page' link on the left side of your Wiki. I highlighted the button in red.
Click the 'EDIT' button while on a page to insert text, and pictures to your Wiki. (it looks different and is in a different place, and either says 'edit' or 'edit page', depending on your theme)
To edit settings and the guts of how your Wiki appears, click theManage Wiki link on the left side of your Wiki
Some settings (ie. Look and Feel) can only be accessed by a user with organizer privileges
